"I do not know if the one negative review that I read on this place can be fair for the service that we received today. This morning my vehicle key did not function as it would just not turn the ignition switch on, and add to this the steering wheel locked and just could not be unlocked after all attempts failed. I called for road service and was waiting for what seemed a very long time in the nasty heat, while waiting for a tow truck, I was close enough to a local auto parts store to walk over and see how they could help. The helpful attendant recommended that I try this place and gave me their phone number. I called and spoke to (Jose) who after a series of questions about my auto, made his way over in good time and after viewing my key , showed me how it was just worn down and would not work. Jose was very friendly and promptly made me a new key on the spot and assured me that I could cancel the Tow Truck, and as I did not have cash on me and no ATM nearby, he was ok with me heading to this business of his to take care of the payment. The fact that Jose trusted me , showed me a person who stepped up and above what someone else might do. The final good thing was that Jose programed me a new non working key door opening/alarm fob in short order and I paid a fair price for the great service and added convince for me. I recommend this gentleman and his business and hope he can continue to make new and happy customers as I am today!"
